Shipping policy

The shipping of our articles can only be carried out within the European Union. If your country is not listed in the following overview, shipping is not possible for logistical reasons. If you still want to have an order shipped to one of the non-listed destination countries, please contact us at

Delivery of the goods

Your ordered goods will be shipped by us only when all ordered items are in stock. If one or more of the ordered items are not in stock or will be delivered only on a certain date (pre-order), all items of the order will be shipped only when the complete order is available.

Partial delivery is therefore excluded.

Delivery conditions and self-delivery reservation

We ship once a week. Therefore, delivery times can take up to 14 days.

Should the delivery of the goods fail through your fault despite four delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract. Payments made will be refunded to you immediately.

Returns processing

You have a legal right to return goods purchased online within 14 days! Excluded from this are unsealed audio data carriers and items that you have purchased from us on site at a concert.

Your ordered items can only be returned if they are in perfect condition, unwashed and in their original packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Days of Northern Lights GbR, Bickbüschen 18D 23843 Bad Oldesloe, Germany, e-mail: Tel: +040-22861310) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Unfortunately, you cannot return the package to us freight collect in this case. We refer to our cancellation policy. (

Please keep the delivery receipt of the parcel service provider. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will contact you by mail. The processing of your return can currently take up to 14 days - however, we strive to process all returns as quickly as possible and therefore ask for a little patience.

A refund can only be made if we have received the goods back in perfect condition and the return was made in time. We will refund the same way we received the payment.

Unfortunately, our shipping system does not allow for direct exchanges. Please order another item or other size new in the store if necessary.

Transport damages

Please make sure that you receive an undamaged package from the delivery service. Do not accept torn or obviously opened shipments, otherwise you have automatically tacitly confirmed receipt in perfect condition.
